Background information: Kaoru Hitachiin; younger twin, by a few minutes, of Hikaru Hitachiin, is probably one of your average people. Born and raised in a rich family environment, Kaoru was a normal and basic child. The smarter and more mature one, Kaoru is almost exactly the same as Hikaru, except for those two things. He loves to be with his twin brother, and if they are to be separated, Kaoru becomes calm and collective, a more intelligent and insightive person. When something interesting is found, either by Hikaru or himself, he takes interest and works with it. If it becomes boring and dull, much like their personality, then they discard it.
Magic was one of the exceptions to life, he wasn't able to discard it, much like his interest in fashion and commoner things. Taking after his mom, Kaoru and Hikaru are very skilled when it comes to hair and clothing. Not a lot is different from the two, which many people have witnessed through the "Which One Is Hikaru-kun? Game", seeing as they are exactly alike, personality and appearance wise. Along with such a game, another popular fad he shares with his brother would be the Brotherly Love Act, which seems to be popular among females. The uke of said relationship, Kaoru does anything Hikaru tells him or asks him to do. He seems to be a pushover, but when alone, he holds his own ground. The young wizard is fond of making things change into other things, which is Transfiguration. He also loves conjuring up Potions as well, especially his infamous Love Potion, which he plans to use on possibly Hikaru one day, just to see what everyone else's reaction would be to the sudden dire attachment from his brother.
A quiet yet cunning mischievous devil, Kaoru Hitachiin is a true hidden mastermind, to put it simply. (In my own opinion anyway. XD)
